High-temperature and high-pressure thermal power disc type steam trap
I. Product Introduction:
The HRW3 high-temperature and high-pressure thermal power disc steam trap utilizes the different thermodynamic properties of steam and condensate, which change in flow rate and volume when passing through the valve orifice, to drive the valve disc to open and close the valve seat orifice, thereby achieving steam blocking and drainage. It is mainly used in high-temperature and high-pressure steam main pipelines, applicable to saturated steam and superheated steam operating conditions with a working pressure of 0.5 to 16 MPa. This steam trap is designed with a balanced double valve seat structure, enabling large drainage volume in a small size. It is especially suitable for steam blocking and drainage in large heating equipment and heat exchange station equipment, and is the preferred steam trap for large heating equipment. The valve body is made of forged chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, high-pressure resistant, and durable. It is applicable to saturated steam and high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam operating conditions, and no adjustment is required across the entire working pressure range. It has a built-in filter, and parts can be replaced on the pipeline for easy maintenance.
